Meet Mr. Edward White, Jr., The Driving Force Behind DEW HVAC

A native of Mount Pleasant, SC, Edward White, Jr. has over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry. His journey began in middle school, and by high school, he earned top honors in HVAC competitions, ranking 1st in South Carolina and among the top 25 nationally. Although offered scholarships to pursue an HVAC degree, Edward chose hands-on experience, learning directly from industry professionals and refining his expertise in the field.

With exceptional problem-solving skills, technical mastery, and a passion for mentorship, Edward became a leading HVAC technician, educator, coach, and mentor. As the former HVAC Director at Virginia College, he transformed training programs and helped shape future technicians. Now, through DEW HVAC, he continues his mission, ensuring the next generation receives high-quality, hands-on training that mirrors real-world industry demands.
